General Overview
EdgeProp operates on a subscription-based model and provides immediate access to trading services upon payment. Because of this, not all purchases are eligible for refund. Please review the criteria below to determine if your case qualifies.
Eligible for Refund
A trader may request a full refund for the subscription fee only if the following conditions are met:
The Evaluation Account has not been connected to any trading platform
No trades have been placed on the account
The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
Refunds that meet these criteria will be processed within 5 business days after approval.

Not Eligible for Refund
EdgeProp does not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
The Evaluation Account was connected to a trading platform (e.g., Rithmic)
Any trading activity has taken place, even one executed order
The account has been reset after a rule violation
Subscription renewal was already processed
Purchase includes any Market Data subscriptions (Level 1 or Level 2)
The $110 Activation Fee for funded accounts
Addons, including Depth of Market (Level 2) packages
These policies are strictly enforced to maintain system integrity and fairness across the trading environment.
Subscription Cancellation vs Refund
Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but does not qualify you for a refund for the current billing cycle once it has started.

Always cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
Market Data & Addons
All Market Data purchases (including Level 2 Depth of Market) are considered final once activated. These services are billed at the end of the month, based on actual usage, and cannot be reversed after activation.
Funded Account Activation Fees
The one-time Activation Fee of $110 is non-refundable, even if the trader chooses not to trade the funded account after activation.
Chargeback & Dispute Notice
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting EdgeProp will result in immediate and permanent suspension of all accounts, including loss of any eligibility for future funding.
