All accounts are subject to a strict Maximum Contract Size Rule, which defines the maximum number of contracts you are allowed to hold simultaneously at any time. This rule enforces consistent risk management and ensures fair conditions across all traders.
What Is the Max Contract Size?
The maximum contract size is the total number of open contracts (long or short, combined) you may hold at once. This includes all active positions, entries, scale-ins, and pending orders that could increase your exposure.
📌 In Evaluation Accounts, the system includes an automatic protection that blocks any order beyond the max limit. In Funded Accounts, exceeding the contract size results in immediate disqualification.

Example: On a $50,000 account, you may not hold more than 10 contracts. Attempting to open 11 contracts: – In Evaluation → order blocked by system. – In Funding → violation and account is disqualified.
Applies to All Products and Platforms
The rule applies universally across all supported futures products (ES, NQ, CL, GC, 6E, etc.) and all compatible platforms (Bookmap, ATAS, Quantower, NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, etc.). Whether trades are placed manually, copied, or automated — all open contracts count toward the maximum.

Check live open positions in your trading platform (DOM or Position tab).
Track limits in your Dashboard → My Trading Accounts.

Important Notes
The limit is based on simultaneous open contracts, not cumulative trade volume.
Applies continuously while markets are open (24/5).
In Evaluation, over-limit orders are blocked automatically.
In Funded Accounts, exceeding the contract limit leads to immediate disqualification.
Scaling into trades must respect the total max limit at all times.
