Active Status
There is no requirement to trade daily or weekly. However, accounts need to remain active over time.
If an account has no trading activity for an extended period, it may be considered inactive and removed to maintain system performance and data accuracy.
Note: Accounts with no trades for 30 consecutive calendar days will be considered abandoned and permanently deleted.
Breached Accounts
An account is considered breached once it exceeds the maximum loss limit. This status can be checked directly in the dashboard, where you can see which rule was violated.
Even after being breached, the account can still be reset. However, to keep things streamlined, breached accounts are not kept indefinitely.
Important: Breached accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days if no reset is purchased.
Your Options
You can purchase a reset at any time within the 30-day period
You can manually remove a breached account before automatic deletion
